1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Koiree Rento ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users — renters (customers), property owners, and administrators.
2. Description of Service
Koiree Rento is a local room-rental aggregator that connects property owners with potential renters in Gujarat, India. We provide a platform for listing and discovering rental accommodations. Koiree Rento does not own, manage, or control any property listed on the Platform and is not a party to any rental agreement between owners and renters.
3. Free Listing Policy
During the initial phase (one year from the Platform's launch), all property listings are free of charge for owners. Koiree Rento reserves the right to introduce paid plans after this period with prior notice. There are no charges to renters for viewing listings, accessing contact information, or using any feature of the Platform.
4. User Accounts
You must create an account to list properties or access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and current information during registration. Koiree Rento reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Owner Responsibilities
Property owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including room details, photographs, contact information, rent, deposit, and location. Owners must not list properties they do not own or manage. Owners must promptly update or remove listings when a property is no longer available.
6. Prohibited Content
You must not post listings that are fraudulent, misleading, or illegal. Discriminatory listings based on religion, caste, gender, or other protected characteristics are strictly prohibited. Listings must not contain inappropriate, offensive, or adult content.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Koiree Rento provides the Platform "as is" without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the reliability of owners. Renters are encouraged to verify all information before entering into any rental agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
Koiree Rento shall not be liable for any disputes arising between owners and renters. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from the use of the Platform or information contained therein.
9. Privacy
Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Modifications
Koiree Rento reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
